A virtual interview via MS teams, waited in the lobby and was shortly greeted by two managers at the safeguarding board. Quite a quick interview process with a few situational questions and general safeguarding knowledge. Friendly staff members greeted me, a pleasant interview experience

Good team to work for, very supportive and understanding. They’re disability confident and good with making reasonable adjustments when needed as well as being hybrid - mostly remote the work was pretty consistent and easy to grasp
