Interview
Got a call from a person and then met with the Director of operations and interim executive director. They were really kind and the interview was a semi formal process. There were two phases to the interview, the first one was an hour long and the second one was 30 mins and a follow up to clarify some answers from the first interview.

Interview
I submitted a resume and was contacted by an executive assistant who scheduled an interview. Interview was held virtually with executive assistant and another staff member. It took about half an hour and they asked me skill as well as character based questions.
