I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Right Management (Mumbai) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds: one conversation with the recruiter, one interview with the hiring manager, and one with senior management.
The hiring manager was terrible to talk to. It felt like he was trying too hard to scare me and was quite annoying. His attitude completely put me off.
The most difficult part was getting updates from the recruiter. I would send an email following up, up until three weeks after the second round and receive no response. Over one and a half months later, another recruiter called me regarding the same, saying her previous colleague left the organization. This itself showed me how disorganised the company was.
Following this, they offered me within one week and did not even give me two days to consider the offer. The recruiter said that I was 'procrastinating' when it was them who caused the delay in the first place.
Then I rejected the offer, they wanted me to speak to the senior management before I finalised my decision. I attended the call and the senior management person did not even show up on the call.
Though the final interview went well, the way I was managed and communicated to as a candidate made me really question if it was a company I wanted to work for.
