I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rio Tinto in Apr 2009
Interview
The program first started with an initial screening interveiw and if you qualified through that round you moved on to the next round where the interviewing questions continue to get harder. they generally ask a series of regular structured questions followed by some behaviourally based questions to learn more about you.

Question 1
what are your career aspirations? and how will rio tinto help you achieve them?
The interview took place in a modern conference room with large windows overlooking the city. The interviewer, greeted me warmly and began by asking about my previous experience in digital marketing. We discussed various campaigns I had managed, focusing on strategies and outcomes. There were a few situational questions where I had to explain how I handled challenges and conflicts in past projects. The atmosphere was professional yet friendly, and I felt confident discussing my skills and achievements. The interview concluded with an opportunity for me to ask questions about the company’s future projects and team dynamics.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rio Tinto (Perth, Western Australia) in Apr 2024
Interview
Wasn't able do the online test because I applied and did the test last year. And the test result seems to last for one year. It is ridiculous that they think your skills won't change over a year
