Rioconn interview questions

I had a mixed experience with Rioconn’s interview process. The process was well-structured initially, with multiple rounds including technical SEO questions, a practical assignment, and a discussion with the director, followed by salary negotiation. However, despite clearing all the rounds and even discussing compensation, I did not receive any further response from their side. The lack of communication after the final stage was disappointing and unprofessional. Overall, while the process seemed thorough, the closure and candidate communication need significant improvement.
