Two part interview with two persons. First is the standard practical and then a formal interview consisting of mostly situational questions. The interviewer is interested in someone who is calm, rational, and professional with the most difficult clients

Question 1
Customer behavioral situations and your assessments for both in person as well as over the phone. Team members personality assessments.

Interview
The first interview was over the phone. It took about 30 minutes. There were questions that were very abstract ("Have you ever experienced flow?") that they can't elaborate on - you just have to answer. You talk as much or as little as you like. After that is a face to face interview.
