Round 2: face to face interview with Recruitment Manager
Round 3: meeting Club manager
Round 4: Director of Rooms or Director of Front Office
Final interview: Hotel Manager or General Manager
First had to do an assessment, then had a phone interview with my manager,and then a video interview with the general manager and human resources Basic questions with mainly a focus on your past experiences

Smooth & Straight to the point.. It was not a very lengthy interview.. I'd already worked at a Ritz Carlton so the interviewer was really focused on the things I learned about the company and the culture.
