Interview via Skype. Spoke with recruiter about the job. She also asked me if I would consider Contract to hire beyond an ordinary Full time job. She was very pleasant and impressed by my resume. She indicated if this job was not a fit she had several others. She asked me to provide 2 reference and fill out a confidentiality agreement.
