I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (Tucson, AZ) in Jun 2012
Interview
one on one interview, ask questions about relevant information. They make an effort not to place people in positions that they would fail in because they are looking to place people in a job that may turn into a permanent position. They take all information needed, none that is not useful.
It was alright but I would definitely advice you to be prepared with notes and ready to ask questions once the interview ends. Everyone was very kind and considerate during the interview and they gave me enough time to ask questions at the end
Standard STAR method questions like "Tell me about a time you faced conflict in the workplace" and "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond." The interviewer was nice and the interview lasted around thirty minutes.
Standard interview with expected questions. Professional recruiters that followed through with what they said. Received the job offer and was hired on by the company and stayed until the pandemic.
