I met with a recruiter for an internal, corporate marketing job at Robert Half. It was not a good experience and the worst so far in my current job search. The recruiter interviewing me talked fast, made me feel rushed (we ended the interview almost 15 minutes early) and then told me that my skills were "junior" compared to what they were looking for in this job, which is rude and insulting when I have over a decade of experience in my industry. Overall I could have saved my time, especially if my resume had been screened better on their end for what they were truly looking for.
