I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Washington, DC) in Feb 2008
Interview
For anyone who doesn't know, Robert Half doesn't help people find jobs, they are glorified tele-marketers. They are there to sell temps to companies and to get and keep the companies from other temp agencies. The people were pretty cool, just lik everyone else, but were driven by money, and that's what you need in order to make it there. They want to make money, period.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
The process was streamlined, friendly, and professional. They knew what they were looking for and were communicative with me throughout the process. I appreciated the transparency and the purposeful way interviewing was conducted.
