I submitted my resume to the Robert Half website. In a couple days, I received an email from the recruiter to set up a FaceTime interview in a couple days.

Very basic questions: education experience, skills, desired job area, desired salary, etc. No fancy stuff like "what gets you up in the morning".
You email your resume and you get scheduled for an in-person meeting at their headquarters in San Ramon and meet your potential supervisor. There was also a phone call prior.
