I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (Tysons Corner, VA) in Jan 2024
Interview
I applied on Linkedin, and was messaged on Linkedin via the hiring manager late that same day. I was able to reply the next morning and set up a phone screening for that same day.

Question 1
Was asked if I have experience with phones, when they had access to my resume and could have also asked via message before our call. Said that I may get push back on that, after saying it was not a deal breaker.
Asked where I lived, when I told them they said oh that's far. I am aware of the job location so if it isn't far to me I don't understand the problem.

Interview
Interview process was lengthy but thorough. Quality questions, no fluff. The branch manager and regional manager were on the same page as well. Overall, good candidate experience with the interview.
