Interview
I interviewed with Robert Half in search of an accounting temp job. I was then contacted to join their recruiting team. I interviewed once, then twice as well as shadowed, and was then interviewed on the phone by the regional manager. All of them seemed like they went very well, but I never really felt like I was hired, and I was not.
Very friendly people.
the process consisted of three rounds of interviews. initially met with the recruiter, then team manager, followed by an interview with the district manager before getting an offer. all of the were virtual, but this was also during covid

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
