They ask you all of the basic questions. What are you looking for? Salary Range? Work experience? Deal Breakers? And then proceed to funnel jobs to you that don't meet the criteria. Basically, asking you to "do them a solid" so they can get paid their commission. I've gone through them twice and this has been my experience both times.
