Spoke with the regional director to get the lay of the land- waited a week- Call back and spoke with the branch director for a 2 hour review of what the job initialed. Then did an in person shadow of a day in the life of with 2 employees. Told to go home to think about if this is what i wanted. Then interviewed with the regional, branch manager and direct supervisor before being offered the position. Whole process took 3-4 weeks. S
