The process is simple and precise, the HR team is very active and always available to solve the queries and they constantly in touch to get and give every update.

I was solicited by an external recruiting agency for a job at Robert Walters. It took a month between an interview and receiving feedback, and then when feedback was received I had to make myself available the same day or next for another interview. During both interviews I received good feedback from teh client directly. Then... never heard anything. Heard they were considering to recruit the position in a different city and were interviewing candidates there. I was in contact with the external recruiting agency, that were trying to get feedback for me, and I wrote a couple of times to the people I spoke to during interviews but after 3 months I was never given an official reply.. I think for a recruiting company themselves, treating candidates like this is unaccpetable.
