Interview
1. Submit CV, Cover Letter.
2. Numerical, Reasoning and Verbal Test with additional video recorded interview.
3. Video interview with a panel group.
4. Selection centre, where you had to complete a teamwork assignment while being watched and marked.

Question 1
Would you choose the team's good environment or sacrifice everything to achieve your goals?
Interesting, but it involved a lot of german. Would not recommend for someone without atleasat a C1/C2 level of proficiency in the german language. But the interviewers were quite nice.

I) Assessment Video einreichen II) digitales Gespräch mit dem Manager III) Assessment Center Jeder Teil war eine Erfahrung. Besonders das Assessment Center war eine sehr bereichernde Erfahrung, auch wenn es leider anschließend kein Angebot gab.

Englischkenntnisse wurde mittels "If we ask your friends, what would they name as your strengths?" erfragt. Es wurden vor allem Fragen gestellt, bei denen man seine Persönlichkeit zeigen kann.
