Interview
Process started with a phone interview followed by by a face to face with the hiring mgr and 2 clinical support reps. This led to a 2nd interview with the hiring mgr and one of the clinical support reps. About a month later I was flown out to Indianapolis for a morning of interviews with 3 different execs. Interviews were based on the STAR process in addition to general background type questions.

Long process but good contact with people present, really take the time.
Tell us about your biggest biggest accomplishment in details ... Tell us what makes you unique to this job and why.. what makes you stand out from your peers. what is your expected salary.
Phone screening with recruiter, followed by phone screening with hiring manager within a week. Met with hiring manager a total of 3 times before decision made to move forward with Director meeting. Offer extended within 8 weeks.
