Probably the worst experience I had through ought my 10 years of career because of one interviewer’s incompetency. Basically, there were 2 Team Leads in the call. The relatively younger guy was cool and everything, but the other one, an elderly lady who was clearly suffering from burnout syndrome was totally offensive, and hostile, and most of her questions had nothing to do with the role nor with my previous experience, even though I did the same thing before, and would have been a perfect fit for the role. Sometimes she barely allowed the other guy to speak, probably because she noticed that I had better connection with him. So just a word of advice, not everyone is fit to conduct interviews, so if you spot any in the future, just don't let em do it. Thank you!
