Zoom interview, 30 min. 2 people (hiring manager and HR). Quite friendly, asked questions alternating. I did receive a feedback from their HR department after the interview, 15 minutes. They said I interiewed well, but they had stronger candidates, and that they would keep me in their data base.

Why this role, What does motivate you, how do you motivate
Zeitnahes, angenehmes und gut strukturiertes Vorstellungsgespräch.
Insgesamt 3 Runden, die letzte bestand aus einem sog. "Assessment Center". HR Person in der 1. und 3. Runde anwesend gewesen und hat stets für einen reibungslosen Ablauf gesorgt. Line Manager in der 2. und 3. Runde anwesend - man konnte allerdings in der 3. und letzten Runde an der Körpersprache merken, dass Line Manager sich gegen mich entschieden hatte.
Process was relatively quick with good amount of stakeholders involved. I got multiple questions related to my background and way of thinking. I enjoyed the interview rounds as these gave me options to present myself.

There is a pre-interview with an HR agent, and if the pre-screening goes OK, You have a chance to have an interview with the hiring manager(and there was another hiring manager) The interview went really well, friendly and pleasant atmosphere
