Interview was a panel interview with several panelists who alternated asking questions throughout the interview. Interview was behaviour and situational. Questions matched the job description skills and experience required for topics covered.

Interview
Couple of rounds of interview. Panel could be from US or Canada. From application to hiring should consider at least 3 months of processing time. It's time consuming but worth it in my opinion.
2-3 Interviewers, they ask situational questions (tell me about a time when...). They are looking for a certain mindset, not too process-oriented. Very friendly, not streesful. Very slow process. Come prepared with your own questions about the business and how they work.
