Interview
After applying, a recruiter will can and conduct a short phone screening, lasting around 10-15 minutes. Before the call ends, the recruiter will ask for your availability in the current or next week before scheduling an onsite interview. Onsite interview is conducted by the department supervisor/s. After the onsite interview, they present a job offer

"What would you say are your 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses?"
They called me to schedule an interview through Google Meet. They asked me about my knowledge of the company and my family background as well. Surprisingly, the interview was not as formal as I thought it would be and made me feel comfortable as the interview went on.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rockwell Land (Makati City)
Interview
It was a bit easy. You go through an initial interview then 2 more interviews if you are applying for a job. But for internships, you only go through the initial interview and sometimes an interview with the manager of the department. The people were friendly and the questions would revolve around your experiences and the situations that you are related to the position you're applying for
