Interview
It was a group interview of 6-8 candidates. The interviewer would be that store's manager, so the question list and vibe would vary. But overall, it was really quick and easy to go.

1. Introduce yourself and a fun fact about you.
2. Team ques: Think about a totally new banh mi (baguette). What would it be and how would you introduce to your customers?
3. Which role would you prefer to work as (FOH or BOH)?

Interview
Very quick. Had to memorise menu and recite it. Demonstrated some skills in person. Did an in person trial with some staff members who were very friendly and helpful. It was conducted early in the morning.
