I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rolling Monkey (Statesboro, GA) in Apr 2023
Interview
I went through multiple rounds of interviews for this job. First, I did a one on one interview on the phone. Then, I had to do a group interview on zoom. Then, I had a trial shift where I was trained on how to make rolled ice cream for an hour. I was offered a job and filled out all of the necessary paperwork. I was told I would be emailed with a start date, but I was never contacted, even after reaching out over the phone and email. All of this for $9/hr, what a joke.
3 interviews. first was a phone call, second was a zoom meeting with the owner, third was an in-person performance interview. each interview was about an hour long. the entire hiring process ranges from 1-3 weeks.

Interview
The interview process was great. At the time that I got an interview there was two options in-person and virtual interviews. The interview itself was great, very engaging. The interview looks at your strengths and weaknesses and explores them. The experience was very intuitive.
