Very detailed and 3 pronged. I first of all went to see a consultant who did the technical interview part for a whole day. Then was called for second interview with the company director to confirm background check and qive offer on terms and availability. Was then called in for last interview with the company owner to seal the terms and discuss on my job requirements and when i can report.
