Romer Debbas interview questions

Interview was via Zoom with Pierre Debbas, it went well generally but I get the sense they were interested in a specific kind of candidate. Despite having a decade of experience specifically in residential real estate I wasn't offered a position. I think they prefer staff to be based in the NYC area. Pay offer was also too low, so I wasn't interested even if I was offered the position.

The interview process was quick, about two weeks or so. The partners and associates that ran the interviews were friendly and provided a wealth of information about the firm. Overall, the process was smooth.
