I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Royal NYC (Westfield, NJ) in Sept 2018
Interview
First there was a short phone interview and they said they would let me know by the end of the day about a possible face to face interview. At 9 pm they emailed me that I had an interview that started at 8.30 am the next morning. Waited in a waiting room for an hour until I was called to talk with a corporate trainer. We went for coffee and she explained the whole business and kept going on about how the company doesn’t hire outside people for higher positions and how everyone has earned their spot. This “marketing” position was explained that you stand outside selling either phones, soliciting donations or going company to company to sell energy.
Huge pyramid scheme and really glorified this position in all aspects. It is a cold calling job or interacting with people on the street. Not at all what it says in the job description.

Interview
Very brief and casual interview, they were mostly describing the job and narrowing down candidates to invite back to an "open day" with them. I heard back the same day with an invitation.
