The first interview was them getting to know you. It was quick and painless. They don't say much about the job itself. The Second interview it goes more on detail and you meet at the event location. The people are super nice and outgoing, but it wasn't for me. You start at a lower level and work up to manager, but then you train people to build a team under you.
