Informal conversation with head of sales and senior relationship managers.
Initial questions centered around understanding of markets and recent topics that I had found interesting and why.
We also covered core client types serviced by Russell Investments.

It almost takes a month for the HRs to select a guy for an interview. But overall it was great interview experience. You will be asked for a second round only if the interviewers feel like you have some potential.

Amazing interview process despite COVID restrictions, recruiter and employees were very nice. Interviews were virtual, given the state of everything. I applied via a website my university uses to list job postings and connect students to employers.
It was a 3 stage process that included a call with Human Resources, a video conferencing call with 3 different employees, and then I believe a final phone call at the end
