Interview
The first thing to do before the interview is knowing that you can't have any visible tattoos or piercings. At first you are with the other candidates and a senior member of the crew presents the company. If you're not a English native speaker you have to do a write English test with comprehension exercises and questions. If you pass it there'll be a personal interview with the hiring manager, they check your CV and ask about your interests and past works.

for example they asked me if I already had a job where I had to take care of costumers needs, or how I react working under pressure.
Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

una volta passato bisogna fare un corso di 6 settimane MOLTO PESANTE, bisogna studiare ed impegnarsi molto per passare , io non ho passato l'ultimo esame per 4 punti

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
