It was just one interviewer and the all role was in English!
First: 20 minutes
English test: 10 vocabulary questions and 1 page with +/- 15 lines to write a composition
There were 2 versions
Mine: a letter to my friend telling about a family event (past)
The other: a letter to a friend inviting for something (future)
Second: 1 hour and 15 minutes
The company presentation
With the possibility to make some questions
Third and last: 15 minutes

Ho partecipato ad un recruitment day insieme a tanti altri partecipanti, L'evento ha occupato tutta la giornata ed è consistito in conferenze di presentazione azienda e ruolo poi colloqui individuali. L'evento è completamente in Inglese.
Interviewed with the team in person and via a phone call before and a panel of people included in that as well. Asked questions about my interest in the position and previous experience, using examples of things
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ryanair (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Aug 2025

Os candidatos são chamados para um Recruitment Day onde é apresentada a empresa, algumas condições e alguns requisitos. De seguida os candidatos são divididos em grupos para serem testados em dinâmica grupal, caso ultrapassem esta fase, é feita uma entrevista individual. O feedback é depois transmitido via email.
