Interview
They started with a presentation about Ryanair and Crewlink which took about one hour. Then we had to complete an English test and some had to leave us because they failed the test. There was a girl who was 1cm too short, so she also had to go. Then we had our personal interviews. The lady was really really nice, she was really genuine and interested in my answers. My Ryanair and Laudamotion assessments were the nicest ones! I was accepted by the way

Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

una volta passato bisogna fare un corso di 6 settimane MOLTO PESANTE, bisogna studiare ed impegnarsi molto per passare , io non ho passato l'ultimo esame per 4 punti

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
