Interview
The recruiter was really good and friendly, he didn’t put pressure on me like like other interviews I done in the past with different jobs. My interview was after 13 hours that I was at the openday but honestly it was worthing waiting.

Question 1
Why I want to be Cabin crew and why with Ryanair? Describe your self in 4 words? And asked basic staff, like criminal records, tattoos and stuff like that .
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ryanair (Málaga) in Jan 2016
Interview
It was very easy. First there was a Primary School English test. After that, people who pass had the introduction and then the interview, with no lunch break (from 9am to 6pm roughly). During the following days we received an e-mail with an invitation to training.
