If you dont pass you will not persue with the training and you most report that to the company, because the medical exam is a must have. 4º Now you are set to training, you will need to find a place to stay near the training ground, be aware you are on your own during the training time. The company helps you with weekly training allowance of €148, so i advise you to go with some money saved, or ask for help in the first months. If your training is outside of your country the company will arrange you a flight to the country where the training is happening, but if you do not pass or quit, once again you are on your on. 100% appearence is required on the training. 5º You finished all of that, congrats the company will now offer you a contract. hope to have been helpful
