There are 3 stages to the interview process. 1. Initial 30 min virtual introduction. 2. There is a 1 hour face to face meeting with 2 people, 1 is usually a director. 3. There may be a requirement to do a ‘challenge’ as a 3rd interview step depending on the position. Compliance Manager position didn’t need to do the 3rd step. Most of the 1st and 2nd interview was about hearing the company vision for the role from the directors perspective. The directors really wanted to see you engage and show enthusiasm towards the role, and that I was willing to take on some reading up upfront before my role started.
