Was invited for an “appointment” with a few others to find out this job was actually a commission only based role selling insulation door to door. Was offered the job the same day and turned it down as it was clearly a scam.
2 stages.
First candidates were to fill out short application with competency based questions on day of interview.
You were then called in for an interview with one of the team leaders.
If successful they invite the candidate for the second stage which is the group interview, either the same day or another day is selected depending on the availability and recruitment schedule.

apply for it online. gat a call and go for a face to face interview with a senior. very basic questions. any idiot could pass it. I think it is just a screening tool to make sure you can speak english
