Online application, they only needed a Resume. Then I got an e-mail confirming that my application was selected for the next round of interviews. After that, they scheduled two phone calls with their analysts.

Online application: CV screening followed by an hirevue interview, and then for final round two 1-1 interviews by Skype (two 30 minutes interview with a 5 minute break in between)
