Interview
Interview had 3 rounds, first HR to check your communication skills, second with your hiring manager for technical area and third with senior management. After you clear all 3 rounds salary discussion and on boarding areas are discussed.

I did not have to give any answers , I got selected for my communication skills with strong background and yes confidence is must.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager. Questions focused on analytical skills, problem-solving, Excel, SQL, and communication abilities. The overall experience was smooth, professional, and moderately challenging with timely feedback after each round.

Screen with HR. Interview with hiring manager. I didnt hear anything back so I am unsure what else there is. Casual, no behavioral questions, laid back conversation about the job and experience.
