I was a temporal employee for a year prior to the job offering. After a full-time position opened, I spoke with my immediate manager. He started the hiring process. After few weeks, a HR representative interviewed me separately.

Interview
It was smooth video call interview. Moderated by an HR. Two level interview. First with hiring manager and other with skip level. Skip level interview was just introduction, but hiring manager asked analytical, behavioral and situational questions.
Had a first round interview Via zoom, very easy. 2nd Round also via Zoom I met with 2 people on the team, the interview was awkward and felt forced. There was a final round that I didn't make it to.
