The interview had three parts: first is the HR interview, second is the local site manager interview, and third is the global manager interview. The first interview was the usual tell me about yourself questions before they could endorse you to the next step. The second and third interview had two parts - behavioral and technical. It is alright with them if you do not get to answer all technical questions, as long as they think you are a good fit in the company. I also like that they provide feedback and tips at the end of the interview.
