A recruiter called me late in the day - didn’t mention their name and began asking me why I thought I’m a good fit for the role I applied to 6 weeks ago. I wasn’t expecting this call and so I said I didn’t have the job description in front of me but if I applied I felt it was a good fit and I told them what I knew about the company. They asked if I’m available the next day for an interview. They said I’d receive an email confirming details and then I was ghosted. I tried calling the number back a week later and no one answered. Very unprofessional.
