I was contacted and invited to an interview shortly after I applied. They gave me an option to come in in person or do the interview via Zoom. There were three people on the panel which at first I felt a little anxious about but the panelists were very nice and helpful and made me feel relaxed. They provided me with short intro to the organisation and the role at the beginning of the interview. They asked for a writing sample and conducted two reference checks before offering me the role. The whole process took a little less than two weeks since I first applied.
