SAP Concur Client Support Analyst interview questions

I went to Concur through a recruiter who sent me the call letter via email. I reached the company and was asked to give a written test. There were around 13-15 questions and mostly it was related to their customer. After completing the written there will be ftf interview with the contact. One he/she is done, you will be informed that based on your written test and FTF interview you will be called if selected. I got the call the very same day and my interview was scheduled for very next day at 09 am with 2 HR. The interview went for one and half hours which was all my current designation and the current role I am looking for. The Hr were great and were very attentive to what you say.

- Got contacted by recruitment - The recruiter made an interview over the phone - I got a meeting with the supervisor and a team member. The interview was based in several questions and answers. At the end of it my second language was tested by a native. - After that I got to wait extremely long for an answer, but at the end I got the position.
