Was called regarding a coordinator role, based on my experience they wanted to convert it to a combined role which I ultimately declined. Three calls before the in person interview, then two weeks on negotiating the offer. The in person meeting for just the manager role, which I applied to and the salary was not listed, and offer where the terms we agreed on weren’t documented in the contract as basic time off or compensation we agreed on. Didn’t follow local and national regulations and based on the amount of work and timelines that would not be adjusted on, and other glassdoor reviews, I made the decision to decline the offer. Frankly if they were to grow at the rate they wanted to right now they would self destruct because they don’t have the infrastructure in place to succeed which includes the trained staff. Interviews conducted remotely by phone were difficult to understand, once I asked to have the phone conversation without them driving it for better, and it was very much a situation of lack of transparency in the contract that wouldn’t make it compatible for any new or seasoned employee.
