Wasn’t even considered for the position because I wasn’t currently a resident of Fort McMurray, there was no asking if I would relocate. I met all the qualifications but was shut down and not considered because of where I live in AB. I’ve lived here my whole life and found this experience insulting and rid. After calling out the Senior HR on the response received, the tone quickly changed, and my resume was requested. I am not interested in working for a company that shuts doors on potential employees without asking any questions first.
