Online application with a first interview with HR by phone. The second interview was scheduled by phone and was an in-person interview. Professional and friendly, with manager and senior personal asking questions. Finished with a walk through of the workplace.

Basic questions asked about school projects and why I am interested in the position. The recruiter came to the university to meet with students and my professor told the recruiter that I was a good candidate.
