it was smooth, I just applied for a job and got an email for an interview from the hiring manager, the interview was casually done online, hiring manager was quite friendly and respectful.
I had to fill out a long, detailed medical questionnaire before the interview. There were questions regarding medications taken for mental health. Even though I felt it was a risk, I decided to be open and disclose that I was taking medication. Even though it did not impair my ability to perform in the role, in the interview my disclosure led to several judgemental remarks.
short period between 30 minutes. mostly they ask about experience from previously (internship etc.) and some scenario questions. dress formal and be there early. otherwise, interviewers are friendly and explain everything in detailed.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SGS
Interview
Overall, the interview questions for this role were fairly simple, quick and short. They asked questions like what my biggest strengths and weaknesses were, and what skills I was looking to gain from this role.
