Interview
The role I interviewed for continued to change. By the end of the interview I truly had no idea what the role was about. Was ghosted after an interview after being told If i was selected, they didn't value my experience as direct so I would be at the bottom of the pay band. (I have a MS and 3+ years of experience). I thought the interview went well though and never heard back.
