SOLIZE interview questions

There were 2 rounds 1 Technical by Senior Manager and 2nd by the Director. Senior Manager was pure technical and Director was mix of technical and management questions. After all this along with multiple interactions with HR. I was asked to wait for 2 weeks for feedback from Director. After that HR ghosted me for another 2 weeks and finally when HR was contactable she said that we cannot go forward as we want an immediate joiner. I am wasted 2 months of time to tell that we want immediate joiners and you cannot be selected due to long notice period. If that was the case they should have taken the interview in same week and given the feedback in same week.
